Creative Spellers

Learning our spelling words can get a bit tiresome, so in class we try and learn our words with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure.  Today, after completing the required activity in their Smart Words books, the students got creative and used playdoh and chalk to practice.

For a short while the playground outside Room 19 looked very colourful, and then the rain came!

Here are some of our word modelers and chalkers in action before the words all got washed away.
